You are a suitable candidate if you have experience as a targeting specialist, media buyer, or PPC specialist, have English proficiency at level B2 or higher, and seek to gain experience working in Tier-1 and Tier-2 countries.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Remarketing, GDN)
  • Selecting targeting options, keywords, and negative keywords for campaigns, setting up retargeting and campaigns of various formats
  • Writing ad copy and creating design briefs for designers
  • Creating advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads: target ads for new audiences, video ads, sponsored posts, and engagement campaigns
  • Creating advertising campaigns in X ads, LinkedIn ads
  • A/B testing of ads, extensions, and targeting
  • Regular optimization of advertising campaigns: working on search queries, bid adjustments, and campaign restructuring
  • Monitoring and adjusting key performance indicators of advertising campaigns: ROMI, CPA, CPL, Net Profit, share of advertising expenses
  • Monitoring key quality indicators of advertising campaigns: CTR, CPC, CPM, Quality Score
  • Analyzing advertising results, identifying growth opportunities, problematic traffic segments, audiences, etc.
  • Basic setup of web analytics (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager):


Checking events, setting up goals Writing briefs for event implementation Setting up advertising system pixels through Google Tag Manager

Additional tasks:
  • Competitor analysis
  • Daily reporting on performance indicators
  • Participation in shaping the company’s digital tools development strategy
  • Involvement in expense planning and selection of categories for promotional activities
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in creating and managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, X Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (ability to set up goals, track conversions, analyze advertising effectiveness and traffic quality)
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (ability to deploy and configure tags for advertising systems)
  • Proficiency with tools such as:
  • Google Ads Editor
  • Google Tag Assistant
  • Facebook Ad Account and Pixel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets
  • Responsibility — you can keep agreements
  • Willingness to learn and work with Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets
  • Ability to analyze trends across various categories
Conditions:

  • Mon-Fri from 9/10 am to 6/7 pm with a lunch break
