Fintech Harbor Consulting is an international legal advisory firm focused on the FinTech sector. We help clients worldwide with company incorporation, licensing, banking, and ongoing legal support. With over 7 years in the industry and a strong marketing pipeline, we’re expanding our sales team.
Who We’re Looking For
If you have at least 3 years of sales experience and are ready to grow in a structured, professional environment — we’d love to hear from you. A background in FinTech, legal services, or B2B sales is essential. While we’re not considering entry-level candidates at this time, we welcome driven professionals who are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and consistently convert leads into results.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound client inquiries (calls, chats, emails)
- Conduct online meetings and introductory calls with clients
- Work with objections and clarify client needs
- Qualify leads (hot/warm/follow-up)
- Re-engage with past leads
- Closely collaborate with our legal team
- Use CRM tools, Gmail, Excel, and Word to track client progress and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (FinTech, legal or B2B)
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confidence in using CRM, Gmail, Excel, and Word
