Junior Sales Manager of Legal Services in English with Training

Who We're Looking For:
Tired of companies that don’t train, develop, or fulfil promises for growth and earnings? At FHC, our marketing department continually increases service inquiries, and with a systematic sales approach in place, we are seeking two specialists to join our current sales team as assistant managers. The goal is to groom them into successful sales managers.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound leads, qualifying them into categories: hot clients and those needing further nurturing.
  • Briefly present the company’s opportunities and pass on hot clients to sales Managers.
  • Develop “warm clients,” guiding them from the information-gathering stage to turning their ideas into needs, then passing them on as hot clients.
  • Re-engage with clients who initially declined services, reaching out after some time to assess changes in their needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Daily processing of tasks such as calls, emails, and tracking contact attempts.
  • Qualifying and categorising leads based on predefined parameters.
  • Surface-level presentation of company opportunities and passing hot leads to sales managers.
  • Developing warm leads, assisting them through the stages of information gathering.
  • Working with clients who initially declined services, re-engaging with them over time.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Desire to learn and excel in sales.
  • Effective communication and organisational skills.
